HOG Genre: Photoshoot Gathering
Date: 28th December 2011 (Wednesday)
Time: 4.30pm - 6.30pm (Registration Time: 4:20pm - 4:50pm)
Venue: Kompleks Karamunsing (Registration Venue: KFC, Ground Floor)

Other than just a photoshoot, we have a mini game and little Christmas prizes for the winners!
It is very easy - as you have noticed, Cho (The Blue Guy in Logo), made a priceless expression for the 21st HOG and well, the questions is... WHY?
To join the contest, you just have to fill in the form below, as simple as that and you might win something for your creativity!



This is mainly a photoshoot gathering so bring as little as you can to avoid moving around in an inconvenience manner, and of course, to avoid loss of valuable personal belongings!


Q: This is my first time joining, very nervous, and don't know what to do!
A: This is very usual for new participants, everyone who joined Hapcho for the first time gets that. But fret not as we'll make sure you enjoy the event, attending to your needs, all we could ask for you is to be courageous to join and lastly, enjoy yourself to the fullest in the event!

Q: If I was late, would I still be able to join?
A: It is always good to be time oriented, to help us run the event smoothly without any unnecessary delays. But if you missed the Registration session and you've arrived, craving for excitement in the event, you can call or text us:

Q: So my attire or costume?
A: HOG is meant for dressers to gather, but if you need time for that confidence or needed to see how the team does for the event, you can always wear casually and even join in the (photoshoot) event! In case for dressers, you can refer our HOG theme for the costume. For example, "Hello Christmas", to you maybe means how Christmas renew you or how you anticipate for the once in a year excitement! That is why we don't limit your creativity, we'd love to see your creativity! Last but not least, nothing too obscure please. -winkwink-

Q: It's near dinner! Can I go home earlier? Or are you guys having dinner together?
A: Two yes for your questions, you could go home earlier (inform us earlier too!) or you could have dinner with us at KFC (crossed fingers for available seats!). We will have our dinner after the event if you're planning to join us, so bring some cash to buy some yum-yum at KFC!

Q: I am very keen to be Hapcho photographer, any guidelines?
A: If you're planning to help in photography volunteering, we could not thank you enough! There is no specific guidelines, the simple ones are as follow:
1. Respect the Dressers/Cosplayers, that means no naughty-naughty pictures.
2. Upload all photos in Hapcho Fanpage/Archive, you can credit your own work. (If you have troubles in uploading, please ask Jasper Koh in Facebook for assistance)
